RGF’s Fence Skills Championship™ Grows in its Fourth Year

On August 17, 2019, Rio Grande Fence Co. of Nashville hosted its fourth annual Fence Skills Championship™ in Nashville, TN. Nine teams comprised of three team members competed in seven unique events to earn their way onto the medal stand.

This year’s events included M-Series fence rental installation, Ameristar Fence installation, Locinox Samson-2 & USA Lock installation, Harvey Slide Gate installation, 20’W Double Drive Gate installation, Fence Screen installation, and Fence Tying challenge.

The Fence Skills Championship™ highlights fence products and installations Rio Grande Fence Co. performs for customers every day. “We purposely included two of our most popular products customers request, Ameristar ornamental steel fence and our M-Series temporary fence.”

Employees’ families were invited to join in the fun in 2019. A kids touch-a-truck setup was featured where kids were able to climb in a Ford F-450 Crew Cab and a forklift. Honking the horn in each unit was a favorite for the kids. Another favorite among the children was a Power Wheels race inside RGF’s brand-new 42″ crowd control panels.

Rio Grande Fence Co. of Nashville looks forward to hosting the fifth annual event in August 2020.
