Online Training Keys Employee Improvement at Rio Grande Fence Co. of Tennessee

Nashville & Knoxville employees from Rio Grande Fence Co. of Tennessee found ways to sharpen their skills during this week’s winter storm in Tennessee.
27 employees are completing their OSHA 30 for Construction Industry Training while enrolled at the University of South Florida‘s online program.
By Saturday night, 90% of RGF’s Installation & Operations team members will have OSHA 30 certificates.
RGF took care of employees during a period when most construction companies aren’t working. Rio Grande Fence Co. employees will be better prepared to serve customers when we get back to work next week.
