SS 20® Details
SS 20 was specifically designed and engineered for use in the light industrial fence marketplace. Like all SS series fence framework products, SS 20 is cold-formed to a minimum yield of 50,000 psi. It is then given Allied's Flo-Coat triple-layer protection. This additional strength allows SS 20 to outperform hot dipped structural pipe and offer a lighter weight for handling ease. SS 20® meets the requirements of ASTM F 1043, Summary of Requirements for Light Industrial/Commercial Fence Framework, Group IC-L.

SS 30® Details
SS 30 is the domestic alternative to import schedule 40 pipe designed specifically for use in the industrial and commercial market. Like all SS series fence framework products, SS 30 is cold-formed to a minimum yield of 50,000 psi. It is then given Allied's patented Flo-Coat triple-layer protection. SS 30 maintains greater strength attributes than Schedule 40 pipe, and routinely outperforms Schedule 40 pipe in salt spray tests. SS 30 meets the requirements of ASTM F 1043, Standard Specifications for Strength and Protective Coatings on Steel Industrial Fence Framework, Summary of Requirements for Heavy Industrial Fence Framework, Group IV. SS 30 continues the Allied tradition of providing quality, service, and performance to the chain link fence industry.

SS 40® - High Strength Fence Framework
SS 40 is our high strength framework flagship product that has established Allied as the number one supplier to the fence industry. Like all SS-series fence framework products, SS 40 is cold-formed to a minimum yield of 50,000 psi. It is then given Allied's Flo-Coat triple-layer protection. The triple coating of our Flo-Coat process minimizes oxidation and locks-in the corrosion protection to preserve a "like new" appearance. The combination of the three coatings provides a synergistic effect that result in greater corrosion protection than the sum of the individual coatings. SS 40 pipe, designed for the fence industry, is fabricated from high strength steel. As a result, SS 40 has a substantially higher Bending Moment, as compared to Schedule 40 in every size for every application. SS 40 Meets the requirements of ASTM F 1043, Group IC.

Square Tube Fence
The manufacturers of SS 40, the most specified fence framework in the industry, also provide square framework for ornamental fencing and other special applications. Allied's square tube receives the same triple layer Flo-Coat protection as all our other fence products, providing a shiny finish that is unmatched in terms of durability. With no priming or special preparation Allied Square product is ready to paint or powder coat, and provides a far greater corrosion resistance than coating over steel that has not been galvanized. Allied square material conforms to ASTM F 2408, Standard Specification for Ornamental Fences Employing Galvanized Steel Tubular Pickets 5.1, and 5.1.1.
