My grandfather, Lee Roy Smith, pictured above, co-founded our company in 1958 with his brother, Virgil Smith. My grandfather grew the business through his dedication to clients and by always treating others how he would want to be treated. 65 years later, RGF is still owned and operated by my family with my father, Michael Smith, and myself continuing the legacy of service.
